Helping Businesses and Individuals with Immigration Matters

At McGraw Law LLC, our immigration practice focuses on a range of services concerning immigration compliance and requests through the USCIS and U.S. Immigration Court. Below is just a sampling of the immigration services we provide.

I-9 Compliance

The Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) designates the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 (Form I-9) as the means of documenting an employer’s verification of employees’ identity and employment eligibility. The employer must examine the employment eligibility and identity documents an employee presents to determine whether the documents reasonably appear to be genuine and relate to the individual and record the document information on the Form I-9. It pays to follow these regulations. Whether you are hiring U.S. citizens, foreign nationals or permanent residents, our firm can help.

McGraw Law LLC can advise and provide counsel on issues involving Risk Assessment and Risk Avoidance, Internal and Third-Party I-9 Audits, Reviewing and Correcting Mistakes on Existing I-9 Forms, Government Investigations, Policy and Procedure Advising, Internal Audits of Existing I-9 Forms, Obtaining and Maintaining I-9 Forms.

E2 Visa Applications

If you are an investor from a qualifying treaty country, an E2 visa allows you to live in the United States after making a significant investment in a U.S. enterprise. An E2 visa enables you to manage and direct the operations of the business to help ensure that your investment is successful. McGraw Law LLC will prepare and file the necessary applications and supporting documentation on your behalf.
