Noah McGraw approaches legal and tax problems with the understanding that each problem has a unique solution. Noah has a broad range of experience handling tax controversy matters with the IRS and within all 50 states. He has succeeded in penalty abatement for numerous clients ranging from a few thousand to millions of dollars. Noah previously held a Senior Associate position at one of the nation’s largest tax controversy firms, representing thousands of clients before the Internal Revenue Service Small Business – Self Employed Unit, Examinations Division, and Internal Revenue Service Office of Appeals across the country.
As a law student, Noah volunteered his time to taxpayers who needed assistance in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program as well as Legal Aid. His first case after law school was in U.S. Immigration Court, where he successfully secured a win for his client on a deportation prosecution. Since that initial court appearance, his passion for those in need before often intimidating Federal authorities was ignited, further fueled by years of assisting business-owners and individuals in similarly intimidating situations.
Noah represented banks and lenders in legal proceedings for several years, often with the IRS as a respondent. Since 2014 he has pursued business and tax representation full-time. With the establishment of McGraw Law LLC, he is committed to assisting clients with potentially intimidating matters.
