Tax Representation
We have a wide range of experience handling audits, appeals, protests, and settlements regarding income tax, employment tax, sales and use tax, excise tax, property tax, and various other tax matters.
We have represented clients from all 50 states as well as foreign countries and territories. Immigration Representation
We assist out-of-country individuals with applications using the E-2 nonimmigrant classification, which allows a national of a treaty country (a country with which the United States maintains a treaty of commerce and navigation) to be admitted to the United States when investing a substantial amount of capital in a U.S. business.
Further, and in part due to recent increases in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) I-9 inspections, we represent businesses to ensure compliance with Immigration Laws.
